There are a number of ways to get and keep customers in the real estate business. First and foremost is to put the customer first. And it doesn’t hurt to run a successful small business for over three decades, volunteer to help area charities and associations, and become a local developer and property owner.
That was Dawn Dimodana’s resume before she became a successful Raveis agent. It only makes sense. A good real estate agent has to wear many hats. Which came easily to Dawn who, in the course of an average day was an owner and stylist, a bookkeeper, career counselor, architect, general contractor, and more.
Let’s face it, buying or selling a home can be a complex and occasionally stressful undertaking. So working with an agent who knows a property literally from the ground up, and how to recognize both the potential pitfalls and opportunities of the process, is a big plus.
